Tomb Raider Copyright

So I've made a playthrough on Tomb Raider doing live commentary so it falls under fair use and on my 4th upload I had a copyright notice about audio etc etc so I deleted the video sense it was blocked but I see people posting up the whole series of the game online so how'd they get past that copyright notice? I got my gaming partnership with RPM Network so I was thinking maybe they don't have a license for it but the more I research I found out that very few networks have licenses games

Well since you deleted the video and have no link to your channel I can't look at the video. Was there a cutscene maybe? And were you quiet on said cutscene, or if you were quiet for 10+ seconds and let in game music play with no commentary than that could be the reason why you get the copyright notice.

And when you get a copyright notice your video shouldn't be blocked...? At least when I had one, I just acknowledge that it matched 3rd party content and I was fine. It just displays an ad in your video and the original creator of the content gets a cut of whatever you make.

The problem is that I got a copyright notice.. Why did I get a notice? No idea many people have seem to be getting it with this game and many have gotten past it[DOUBLEPOST=1370377662,1370377400][/DOUBLEPOST]

I never get copyright notices and I never do commentary plus even if I did I wouldn't care. I don't have a network or plan to be in one so its all good for me.
