I am making videos on trending issues. Sometimes I use youtube creative commons video for my video. But small clips. Today I have got two videos down from youtube with strike.

As far I know creative common videos don't violate copyright issue. What do you think? What should I do now?

Well first question is if it was really a copyright strike or if you received the strike for something else.
 
It sounds to me like you need to learn the difference between Copyright infringement and fair use before you continue your channel. I took a look at your channel and it looks like it is on the verge of being terminated. Be careful and do some studying before continuing reuploading other peoples work.

Ok I need a answer from you. If I use image from videos by capturing or snipping tool, is this still violates copyright infringement or fair use?
 
Fair use is something that can only be decided definitely by a judge at court. You are only safe if you have a written permission from the copyright holder. It's good practice to ask anyway.

Thanks. Who are copyright holders? How can I get permitted from them? Please help me know these things
 
Copyright holders are usually the people who created the content you use. Ask the uploaders.
