Tips for tagging videos?

Ive heard a lot of people say that tagging has a huge part in getting some views/subs. People will search for videos and might stumble across yours and they might get interested.

I have little knowledge on how to properly tag my videos. i usually put stuff like

The Walking Dead
(tags) - the walking dead-, ghost ookami, -Ghost-, Ookami,- lets play-, gaming, -commentary, -games, gamer, -lets,- play, -walkthrough.

should i be adding more than that? not sure what i should really be doing.
 
what about
the game's developer/maker
Zombie, zombies, killing zombies, kill, killing,
the chapters name that the video is covering.
some of the characters names
the video quality like HD, 720p, 1080i
PS3, Xbox, PC
