Tips for # of uploads

As starters or big youtubers, how often would you guys recommend uploading videos?
I've been doing some massive research and it's always one or the other.
Some people say as starters, post once or twice a day. But make sure they're good. You need a good base so that people who are checking out your videos have something to watch and not 4 vids.
But, some people say maybe once or twice a month... or once a week.. because you don't want to spam your subscribers... and you want to keep them waiting and anxious for your vids... I don't know what to do?!
 
Well I do 3 videos per week, but most of my videos get alot of views after a few weeks. I do 3 videos per week because I don't have the time for more. I know someone who does 4 per day but that get's annoying indeed because of the spam.
 
I try to upload one video each day,so far so good. :happy: Sometimes on a special occasion I upload two but that's rare.
 
It's depends on what videos you make.

Gaming is usually 2-6 videos per day (depending on how much you can record)
Vlogs can be anywhere from everyday to 1 per week like Danisnotonfire and MarcusButlerTV
Animation (like mine) is impossible to do one per week
 
It depends on what your channel is based on. For me, where I upload music, I should probably upload one video a day.
 
For me, I upload weekly and other times, bi weekly:p Since it takes time to practice new songs.. it can be an exception if I extend the date.
 
Minimum once per week. Youtube ranks channels higher in search and related/suggest videos if the channel uploads at least once per week.
 
I would also say at the very minimum once per week. I try to put up a video at least once a day and if I can't do that at least one video every 2 days.

But if you do not have the time to put up a video once a day, I would say once a week is a very acceptable rate of putting up videos.
