Tips for filming in low light?

You can use any light as a light source, but don't mix fluorescent with incandescent. Buy some 100 watt equivalent fluorescent bulbs and just stick em in a lamp and put them in front of you.

add higher iso on the camera. But then you get a higher grain and you don't want that. So the Final answer is add more light. If you don't have any buy them :D

As mentioned use a soft light and aim it towards you. Pick up a few diffrent wattages of light and see which one you like best

My webcam software has something called "Right Light" it automatically adjusts the video so it can see whatever it's shooting like there were actual lights hitting it. It does however make the video a tiny bit...laggy I guess I would call it even though it really doesn't lag that much at all.

what's the software called?

Open the iris of the camera, the aperture changes how much light enters through the lens. If you are working in low light you want MORE light to go through the lens so you open the aperture.
