Tips for a Minecraft Channel

:help:Hey, guys so I am starting a minecraft channel. I really need help starting it up. I need tips on thumbnails, equipment, editing software, and channel design (user picture, banner.) I really want this channel to be as high quality as can be, in fact I canceled a upload thinking "is this my best?" I need tips like editing techine and just tips to grow a minecraft channel. Anything is helpful even "f*ck you your channel will suck d*ck" lol. Anyway please give me tips I REALLY need them so please help
 
In my experience with Minecraft you will usually attract younger kids to your channel. I found that those times when I'm really over hyper and exaggerate things more then they need to be that those videos are really successful, just take a look at bajancanadian Jerome and all of them. But what they do isn't me so just be yourself, people hate it if your fake.
