I been posting daily and barely seeing any sub growth.
I go 2-3 days without gaining a single sub.
I have people commenting they sub to my channel but they never do.
I don't know if it because it my 3rd week since i started youtube
but I haven't been seen growth this past week- week 1/2
any constructive criticism is appreciated.

You aren't going to grow immediately. Hell, I am at 78 subs and still go weeks without gaining a sub. Don't be demotivated by numbers. It is about having fun, not subs and views! Do what you love, and I firmly believe they will come to you!
 
Yes , i agreed with Lizzeelive. My situation is the same as yours. But never mind, enjoy in making videos and people will sense that and come more and more. So be patiente and keep uploading quality stuff. Wish you best luck :-)
