So I was actually searching up good mic for commentaries and stuff ... Some good and not to expensive ...

Everyone was saying either a Blue Snowball , Samson Go Mic or Samson Meteor .

So I " googled " more cause I knew that there's bound to be more options ...

I searched for best pod casting mic's and I found out that heil pr40 is one off the best out there ... and trust me it sounds reaaaallllyyy good . But you gotta spend a lot though ...

So I searched for a cheap alternative to Heil

And I found a mic by Audio Technica " atr 2100 " ... You won't believe the sound quality compared to the price you are paying ! It sounds really warm and " full " .

You can usually find the atr 2100 at the same or less price than the snowball .. !

and no ... am not advertising ... am just trying to help you guys , cause am sure that I will be buying this mic ! :"D

I use an ATR-2100, and I love it. It sounds fine without editing, and a lot better with minor editing. I'm lazy, so that's really helpful ._.
 
Another really good Audio Technicha for the money is the 2500.

You can actually buy it on Amazon for 30 dollars new. When I bought it I had a choice of a blue snowball or that. They were the same price and they were out of the snowball. So I went with it and it is great. Now that it has dropped 70 dollars it is that much better lol.

The latest videos on my "mikekhukuritv" channel use that mic if you'd like to check the quality.
 
The reason I didn't pick that up is cause it is cause it really doesn't give you the warmth of heil ...

and I usually like mics which are warm and crispy ( lol wtf ) ... But it is a great mic and definitely something to consider
 
Heil makes great mics. I don't usually recommend them because people around here don't have the budget needed.
