Time to retire my logo, need a new one

I like my logo and all, but I'd really like a change. Something new, something updated. So I'm retiring this current logo, and hoping to get a new one. I can't pay real cash if that's what you want, I can pay all my YTTalk Cash, though its not much :/ I know doing it for free seems like a waste of your time, so I can do something if you make me one.

What I like-

Turtles
The colors Black and Sky Blue, also white.
The letter B

Requirements-

Must say BTurt
Must be YouTube logo size (under 1 MB).
