Thumbnails and Copyright

[The Beer Inspector]

I do beer reviews and I would like to use the label of the beer as part of my custom thumbnail. Am I going to be dealing with copyright issues if I do that?

Should be fine, get a image from google images and it falls under Fair use

Do not download their image from Google. This does not come under fair use. The Logo and images are copyrighted.
The only thing you can do is email the beet company and explain what you do and and ask them if you can use their logo. Make sure you have their permission in writing.
