Thumbnail with countdown timer?

I have a video that has many Disney vids thumbnails in the screen after my video is over. One Disney video thumbnail has a countdown timer. That means if someone watches my video and decides to re-watch it once it's over, the video switches to the Disney video in the middle of my video because of that countdown timer which I personally think is pretty unfair. In other words people can only watch my video once and then it will automatically be re-directed to the Disney video.
Is there any way to get that changed?

In the file you can see what I mean.

I haven't seen that one on youtube yet. I know you have a timer on the player when you're in a playlist, but this is the first time I see this.

Yeah, it's the first time I noticed that. I noticed it because you usually have to watch my vids twice in order to watch them in HD because it takes time before the vid switches to HD.
It's really annoying that my vid now gets re-directed to Disney.

Edit: Argh, I noticed it's on my other vids too. This must be new.

What video is it? Maybe it's claimed by Disney and this is maybe their way to get your views.

No, I just realized it's on all my videos and each is re-directed to some other vids(not only Disney) that are related topic-wise. My videos are all MY work/animation/copyright so no one can have any claims on my vids except me.

I'm guessing this is a new feature that might also happen to others on here because I have two separate YT channels and it's on both.
