Request Thumbnail Size {HELP}

I have got a thumbnail image, but I am having sizing trouble! If anyone could make it the correct size then I would be very grateful

IT's a little stretched but it is the correct size

It's supposed to be either 1280x720 or 1920x1080 (better quality) if you have photoshop drag the photo into a 1280x720 canvas or 1920 if you don't have photoshop go to pic monkey put the picture into it and size it up hope this helped.

You need to create a 1280 x 720 Thumbnail for YouTube to accept it. I prefer using JPEG for Thumbnails since it doesn't take too long for it to render.
