Thumbnail Question

Is there rules to what can and can't be in the thumbnail? If so what are they?

nothing pornographic. sexualy suductive is aloud it seems on YouTube just watch out with copy righted material

Don't put thumbnails in that do not pertain to video. (example: a chick in her top when your video is about how to cook bread or a car exploding when your video is about books)

This was more about copyrighted material, but I figured since I am using more official screen shots of items I am displaying in the video, that was okay?

yea i mean ive seen people put covers of video games and whatnot so i dont think they really remove that type of stuff unless your claiming you made the thumbnail or something when you could have just gotten it off of google.
