I need a full time thumbnail maker, I don't expect this to be free and if I offered shout-outs, well, i'm only at 100 subs so would it really help? So we can discuss a fair price for thumbnails monthly? Or if you wanted this forum cash then I could save a certain ammount per month. But anyways, yep.
