What program do you guys use for your thumbnails? I use photoshop but is there a program meant just for YouTube thumbnails?

You are better off using photoshop. If there were a program that was simple and just for YouTube thumbnails it would be good for people starting out but photoshop is BY FAR the nest option you will have if you know how to use it!

Photoshop, it's probably the best option, just set the canvas size to 1280 x 720

I use GIMP because it's free, I'm not a billionaire like most people here who bought photoshop with their diamonds
