Hi all, so im trying my best to explain this, but is there a free thumbnail creator I can use that can highlight the border of a thumbnail? and perhaps the lettering as well?

Not sure exactly what you mean but I use GIMP for my thumbnails which is a great program, although it does have a learning curve for some things. Also, TubeBuddy offers a thumbnail generator that’s worth checking out, I haven’t used it personally so I’m not sure what it’s capable of entirely.
