Thoughts on youtubes new layout?

I think people need to stop complaining and just realize that it's going to change and move on. Stop spending your time complaining about the layout, and making petitions to stop it. It's going to change no matter how much you complain about it.

I agree. That is why I am encouraging people to take advantage of the change. Even I am changing everything about my uploads. I will be taking down the majority of my current uploads, and it will be replaced with new content on a more professional level. I have a group of people that I am working with to create some new shows in a series, and several short films. I've spent over $6500 on lighting, cameras, and all the other stuff I mentioned above. This isn't just for YT of course, but I will use it for that also.

So yeah, I agree that change is going to come and we should change too, but we should also make sure to help others, not alienate them.

It's one of those things - I guess Im a conformist .. or just settled on the fact that no matter how much I complain, it's not going to change. I'd prefer each channel to have its own personality - this removes that.

We'll see what its like after its forced on us!
