Thoughts on the new style of my thumbnail?

I recently learned some things about photoshop and have been playing around with how I want my thumbnails to look. What do you guys think about the thumbnail of my recent video?

Yeah, I think it fits. Might want to add a shadow to the white icon just in case it ends up blending it with a lighter background image.

Wow I like it! In fact you've inspired me to rethink my thumbs. My only thought on your question is kinda similar to what new age said. I would be concerned with it not being visible on certain backgrounds.

Aw, thank you! I'm glad you liked it too. I guess I'll have to customize the color of the designs depending on certain backgrounds
