Thoughts On My Channel and its Videos?

So Guys, it seems as if I'm struggling to get growth within my channel as I've transferred into other games rather than one game. However I seem to be sitting on around 230 subscribers. I am clueless as to what I need to do as I put a descriptive title, a good description and a good amount of tags per video. Please respond to this thread perhaps giving me feedback on my content, or my channel, and it's layout because the reality is, I'm not sure what to think. Is it my appearance of my channel, or is it the videos I'm making which aren't good enough? Feel free to give me as much feedback as you want because the more I get the easier it is for me to find and work on the stuff I need to. Enjoy your day!

Hint ~ Channel Link Below works so don't complain about it in the comments xD

Well, I don't know exactly what your pitch is. What makes you so different from different gaming channels that I have to subscribe? You do DLC content, you do story playthroughs, you do Rocket League, you are a Minecraft channel. Before we get into how to fix everything else about it, that should be your first thing. If I was a potential subscriber for you, and we are on an elevator, what is your 30-second pitch that will make me want to subscribe to you?

I don't know what a pitch is can you please explain? ;)

It's a business term for what's your proposition? If a big business exec walks in on the elevator with you, what would you say in 30 seconds as a pitch to get funding for your work?

Mine is this:
"Hi. I'm Chris Raynerson and I'm a online content creator focusing on Health and Fitness tips. I'm on a Weight Loss Journey to lose 150lbs and currently down 40lbs! My main goal is to not only get healthy, but to help others who are on their own journeys as well. I believe that together, we can figure out the best tips to get healthy in our body & mind."

That's my pitch. You know who I am, what I do, what I care about, what my goal is, and why I think you should join me.

Now you try.

Ok Mine is, Hi I'm DanDaAussie and I'm an online content creator who focuses on gaming. I do this as a way to share my passion while doing so with fans and friends. I am 13 and am Australian, and I aspire to become a larger Youtuber with a considerable community size. Together, we can develop, deepen our passion for gaming with each other as well as our relationships with one another. I hope that my content welcomes you into my world as a gamer and helps you discover yours too.

How was that xD

Awful. Is this what you'd say if PewDiePie or Markiplier or any other big gaming channel walked in on the elevator with you? Is this how'd you describe your channel so hopefully they'll subscribe? It feels disengenerous, fake and not coming from your heart.

How do you show your passion of playing games?
What are you doing with your fanbase to make them join in?
Who is your fanbase?
What are you doing with your friends?
Why should I care to help you become a bigger YouTuber?
I'm 24. Why should I care about what some 13 year old says?
How do you develope a passion for video games?
How will you help me develope my passion for video games?
What kind of relationship are you trying to build with your audience?
What do you mean "discover my world of a gamer?"

I get it. You're 13. I started my YouTube "career" in 2008 when I was 15. I didn't have a pitch ready to go. I just pulled out my webcam and talked to the camera about my depression issues and dealing with my sexuality. So I don't expect you to know what your channel is about yet. But you need to figure it out soon. Your subscribers have subscribed due to different games or genres you did. They didn't subscribe for your channel. While it's still early, focus on what your channel is about. Because it doesn't matter if you get 1mil subscribers but only get a thousand views because they all subscribed over different reasons and just never watch your content anymore because you don't do what they subscribed for anymore.
