Thoughts on EZVid?

Hey guys! I am a little poor at the moment and am thinking about getting EZVid. Currently I am editing with Windows Movie Maker and recording with Lenovo YouCam which is terrible. Is EZVid worth the download? Will the quality be better than what I am producing now? Please help me. Thanks! :joyful2:

I downloaded the installer, but didn't install it because apparently it *may* be a virus, which I doubt. But I left it.

I'd also like to know what it's like

I used it when I started my channel. I must say it works well. My computer has gotten no viruses, just make sure you don't download the suggested downloads. Only download the actual ezvid file from the official website and you should be good.

It records in 720p HD, can record webcam, can perform voice overs, and other.

Overall, its a pretty good recorder for free

Did you mute the music? I've heard that it plays music during editing.

Also, Can I record gameplay and then edit it in another program like Sony Vegas? I don't really want to edit with another program

As far as I know, you cannot mute the music, but you can do this. One of the last choices of music is called "silent machine". Choose this and u wont hear any music after you put a commentary in it.

Not sure if u can edit in sony vegas or editing programs. I'll let ya know if i find out
