Thoughts on "Countdown Videos"

I've been thinking for a long time about Starting a new channel for "special" videos. One of which being Countdown videos. I was wondering what some of you look for in Countdown videos. My are going to be aimed at being funny, but have some seriousness to them. I already have a script wrote out for a Top 5 Boss Battles. My videos will also offer Live action scenes. Alot like Jontron, PBG and others.

I really like countdown videos however i think that you should keep them on your main channel as to not separate your audience

Even if people on your current channel were told most of them might not go other to the other. People are lazy creatures, Look at some of the bigger youtubers, Like NerdCubed, His normal channel has over a million subs but his secondary channel has 200 000 yet it's advertised in everyone of his videos

I don't like them because they don't take any effort into making it. Really all you do is get someone to make the countdown, download 10 videos from YouTube and edit it together.
