Hello --
It turns out that the background music of my video I just uploaded apparently matches third party content, and I researched it and acknowledged that it is in fact copyright. Now, since I have a partnership and I make money from my videos, if I leave this video up but have it not monetized, would I still get in trouble and still potentially get a copyright strike? Or, since I wouldn't benefit in any way from having their song on my video (money wise) would they leave me alone? I've never had this happen to me before (well, a couple times, but those videos I deleted) but this time I am curious if just because it is copyright means the video will be taken down. Thanks for all replies!
