thinking of making a side channel

So I am in a culinary school and have been thinking of starting a cooking type channel thing. but I need to stand out so I want the peoples opinion on types of things I should do on the channel like demos and like cooking with other youtubers, stuff like that. Just no food f*****g, I do have limits.
