Thinking about quitting...

Hey guys,
I've been on youtube for about half a year now and it seems as of late i just seem to be losing subs and not gaining. Please let me know if anything I'm doing is worth while. I put a ton of effect into my videos and feel that my social life is suffering.

Never just quit! Maybe try some different techniques than you are currently! Keep trying!

Hey Bryan!

The camera quality is top notch same goes for the audio and the background as well as the thumbnails!
Your videos are short which is great no one wants to watch a review for 10 minutes. Though what I think you could improve is your facial expression. I've noticed that in almost every review your facial expression is the same I think you could improve it a little by making it visible from the beginning that enjoyed the movie or not and also adding a few smiles will sure make the viewers more pleased watching you!

My other tip will be change places like cut to the left side of the video and teleport back to the right will keep the viewer interested instead of standing in the same place for the whole video. Maybe you could consider adding some scenes or pictures of the movie supporting your points of the movie (If that causes no copyright problems!).

I hope you stay strong but remember do it because you enjoy it!

Thanks so much for the imput! I'll defiantly put some of those suggestions into practice.

I seen a couple of your reviews and they are tight and solid. I feel they are still missing something to really stand out, but regardless they are solid pieces of work, it's obvious you make quite an effort to make the videos as polished as they are. If I were you I would perhaps spend a day brainstorming with some like-minded people to see if you can come up with a couple of ideas that will make it stand out more. Personally I would personalize the rating segment at the end. But I am sure you can come up with some better ideas. Good luck with your channel.

Thanks so much man! just saw your comment on Ex Machina lol. Not a fan of the movie eh? lol I agree competely. I feel like I haven't found my niche yet and am struggling to find one. Thanks for the advice, I think the forums on here will defiantly help with finding like minded people.

Don't forget youtube is a hobby. If it's no longer fun for you you don't need to do it.
