The playback is lagging!

A different kind of normal..
So I've done editing and I play it back and it's lagging, well freezing at the parts where I cut out. I don't know if it's just doing this on movie maker. Does anyone know if it will lag when I upload it and also is there anything I can do to fix it? Sorry if this is in the wrong thread.
 
Is this the first time that it has happened? Otherwise it could be put down to your computer not being able to handle it?

I make lyrics videos with movie maker and normally there is no problem! Not sure if it's because of me editing too much. Do you thin other people will experience it if I uploaded it?
Also my latest 2 vids were okay. I edited them aswell.

Render the video out, and play it using media player or whatever software you use. And see if it is still laggy. :)

It works fine, just playing it back on windows movie maker can be laggy sometimes. It's all good though! I don't know if I should add background music because I don't talk in it until the very end. Which is my outro. What should I do?

Background music can keep the audience interested, so I would recommend some, yes. :)
