The better way to Twitch?

Is it better to live stream on Twitch using the Black Ops 2 Xbox Twitch live stream or the Elgato Twitch live stream for an Xbox game?

I noticed I can choose the quality if I select the Elgato Twitch option but I'm more concerned about lag. Which one do you think will lag less?
