Terrible video quality problem?

I started my first let's play on my YT channel, I record with fraps, which records in HD, and I edited the video with PowerDirector, when I produce the video, it comes out in like, 2p, instead of at least 720p, can anyone give tips on how do improve the video quality?

I export all my videos at what the native youtube files are which is widescreen h.264

check your settings that should be a good start

Yeah, it looks like your video is being exported 320x240.

Make sure it's being exported with at least the following:

1280x720/720p, 24 or 30 fps, h.264, aac/mp3 audio .mp4 file
or
1920x1080/1080p, 24 or 30 fps, h.264, aac/mp3 audio, .mp4 file
