Terms for using other YouTubers videos?

Someone has offered to make a Let's Play for my interactive YouTube games. Which I realize is a weird idea, but I think it would help both of our channels. But I was wondering, what are the terms behind using another person's video in yours? How would I go about giving permission to use the video? And are there any other policies I should be aware about?

Not a professional in this field but it's your content so it's up to you. After all it's a game and you don't get developers like rockstar giving permission for people to record their games

As long as you give permission I believe it is ok. When I say permission, I mean written permission that can be used as evidence if youtube does something stupid. Specify that it is ok to monetize, etc. Then there should be no issues.
