Tax & payment info?

Hello!

I am recently accepted to Maker Max and now I have to give information about tax and payment. Can I skip that because all I want is to get paid on PayPal?

Are you in Serbia or located outside the USA/Canada? I am pretty sure countries outside of the USA/Canada dont need to fill in any tax information and only their payment information for PayPal. I dont believe I did with YTtalkTV and I am based in the UK.
 
You shouldnt have to fill in any tax information then as far as I know. Isnt there a checkbox declaring you are outside the USA?
 
I've already filled this form so I can't remember the first question. :( But I know that if I was inside USA I had to choose the first option and fill W8, and if I was outside USA I had to choose second option and fill W-8BEN. So I've already filled W-8BEN but I did not want to share information about my address so I just wrote "/".

Oh I remember that, I am pretty sure all requested information is required. It is just for their own tax purposes so I wouldnt worry about that.
