Taking down users who attempt to steal artwork? (Verified)

Hey,

How would I go on taking down users who either steal or use my artwork without my permission?

This includes but is not limited to my logos, banners or audio visualizers.

There's even a few companies using a recolored version of my logo in the internet.

Send them an intimidating letter first saying you'll take legal action if they don't take it down. Majority would agree with that.

If they don't, then talk to their web-hosting provider. Often they will suspend their accounts to avoid getting themselves in trouble.

If you're talking about accounts on here then I'd guess talk to an admin

Alright, thanks. I'll contact their hosting provider as intimidation nor persuading was successful.

Sue them or tell em to credit you as the original designer

If it's in a video or videos, you could submit the copyright violation as a violation of the community guidelines.
