Tagging; Not sure if I'm doing it wrong.

So, I'm labelling my videos with tags, and I'm just not sure that they're working in favour of the videos.

A recent video for a Tekkit Minecraft was tagged like

Gaming Video Games Noobtastic Tekkit Technic Pack Yogbox Quarry New Funny House

The tags are relevant, but they're not really doing much for us. It's stands for the majority of our videos as only two have over 100 views. So, the question is; Am I missing something? Are they case sensitive or do I just need to start spamming irrelevant twoddle in there and wind up annoying people for having content that doesn't match up to what they searched for?

I'd say your tags are good, but you should be optimizing the amount of tags you can use, and tagging with more unique tags to your videos

They will help you find some similar tags that might be of use to you

No problem, I've also that the YouTube search is helpful because it generates popular suggestions, so if you was making a video, for example, about making cookies, you could search making cookies, then type a space and it might give you some extra suggestions that could be useful for tagging and title ideas
