How does tagging work on Youtube?

Tagging is doing a Video (for example, a Too much information video, which answers questions) and when you have answered questions you will mention another youtube to do the same thing!

Another one is the popular ALS Ice bucket challenge, in which someone challenges another to get poured with Ice water

Yeah, like TheSwedishTraveler said, effectively you do something, then mention some other YouTubers who you would like to see do the same thing, you can also set a deadline it has to be done by.
