Nope. Try to include the same tags as your title and description. Also, make sure that you tag your video properly. (It should be related to whatever game, etc. you're playing)

I just put in tags that are relevant and it always seems to work. GOt a few of my videos on the front page of the youtube search engine too which makes it even better

oh yeah some that will be better at make you have a higher chance of getting in the top pages.
