I agree, using the bst video tags from top ranked videos on Youtube will help you to gain more exposure for your own videos. Youtube stopped making these public last year.

However, I have developed a simple, FREE Youtube Tag Extractor software tool that takes any Youtube video URL and will extract ALL the tags from that video.

You mean the tool that is ''Right click the page and view the source and look for keywords''?

Anyways, cheers Code, used it on the batman vid and it did increase the views somewhat (still better then nothing =P)
