T-Shirt Logo Ideas/Suggestions?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this buuut, I've been chosen to be the one who'll create the logo/design for our club shirt at school. And I need to make a logo for the ''Journalism Club'' . But I'm really running out of Ideas right now. so any ideas? Any help would be great.Thanks!

So does this club have a specific name?

Images that come to mind when thinking journalists, pen paper, notes on a clip board, interview set up, computer, newspaper.

Does the club have any colors they want the logo to have?

An open book with a pen or that old feather pen, whatever floats your boat. Then add those green leaf crowm thingies on the left and right side.

Have your school badge with "journalism club" under it, It'll be neat, tidy and simple. When I was learning media in high school my teacher kept telling us to use K.I.S.S which stands for "Keep It Simple Stupid"
