I just made a video of Surgeon Simulator 2013 and when i was about to edit the info before publishing it, this happened:

Basicaly it says that the game soundtrack is copyrighted..

Will i ever get in trouble for publishing this?

It is copyrighted. It's the theme song from a TV show.
