I'm fairly new to YouTube in the creating/editing side and well I'm looking for constructive criticism on how to make my videos, well better? I design and edit everything myself and I feel I could be producing better edited videos. If you could help that'd be great guys!

I use Twitter a lot and I've got experience in promoting (from playing in a bands I had to promote them and have done for 6 years) so it's kind of the same principle here!
