This is a binding of isaac rebirth challenge, played in afterbirth. For those of you who are new to the binding of isaac let me be frank...the game isn't easy, in fact, it likes to torture you whenever it is given the chance. So yes the name is justified and no, there is no suicide here, it's just the name of the challenge...kind of morbid but that's the game for you.
