Suggestions and issues with Channel Setting

Hi everyone,
I am working on Youtube Channel for my company. One issue is that i don't get the same options related to visual appearance when i click channel setting.
Also, if you can make any suggestions for the Channel, that will be of great help.

Mind explaining what it is your not getting access to visual wise. Also on the new layouts there are no backgrounds anymore if this is what you are relating to?
