Do you mean suggest some video editing software?

The best free one to use would be NCH VideoPad. You can get a free full version of this (legally) from their website.

However if you wanted to pay for the software, I'd choose Adobe Premiere Pro. That has a great set of tools to use.

If you are looking for video editing tools, here are some you can use for basics:

Windows Movie Maker
IMovie

Then if you get more advanced and have a bit of money

Sony Vegas/ Movie Studio
Final Cut Pro X (or the express or Pro versions but they have been off market for a while)
Adobe Premiere

Audio Editing + Recording? No problem:

Audacity (free)
Adobe Audition (not free)

Visual Effects? You can do basic stuff in any editor from Imovie to Premiere. But if you are going for the proper stuff like masking, layering, detailed muzzle flares:

Adobe After Effects (not free)
Hitfilm (not free)
(there are others but they have slipped my mind atm).

3d models? Try these!
Blender (free)
Cinema 4d (not free)

does it have the same features as Windows movie maker in 8.1 or better?
