Stuttering in videos

I need some help, my videos stutter when things move. I have no clue why I have tried uploading in different formats and framerates, but nothing helps. When I watch the videos before I upload them they are completely smooth, and no it's not because Youtube limits the videos to 30fps because that's what I render them as and it looks great until it's uploaded.

Idk if this counts as advertising but you can got my channel and watch a video to see what I'm talking about. It's the pictures as they slide to the left.

I use Adobe Premier CC
I upload MP4 1080p 30fps
It's Youtube's fault not Adobe
 
It's just youtube; its out of your control. I had the same thing happen on a couple of my videos as well (I upload in the same format) I started uploading again recently and the videos are smooth as silk.
I would say try uploading again tomorrow, or just move on to the next and keep making videos. As long as the videos are smooth on your computer there's really nothing I can think of to do.

Nah man, they've done this with every video prob for at least 8 months. I'm just really getting sick of it.

Ok yeah, that's way to long without a solution. I wish I could have an answer for you, only thing I can think of is try uploading in a different format, or on a different account.

Oh well I'll just keep messing with it until I get it.
