Stupid questions!

Hey all,

Just starting youtube, I've got everything ready and now I'm editing, Now my question is can I Put like audio from meme's like "He needs some milk" other memes like that Like other big youtubers Like KSI CSG etc.
How would i go along and use such memes like that?

Sorry for the stupid question wouldn't want to be doing anything wrong if you get me..
 
Most likely, big YouTubers are signed to a network that has agreements to use these audio clips. You should not download and use the material without checking permissions because you could end up with a copyright strike on your account.

If it is a music audio clip, I recommend checking YouTube's Music Policy database:

YouTube also has a creative commons video database, although I would use it with caution. Sometimes members claim something is in the creative commons when it is not:

I recommend researching the clips you want to use before using them.

If it is not listed there, then you must find and contact the original creator for permission to use the audio. This is a tricky and sometimes time consuming process, but it is important. Save all emails you send and receive. You never know if you may need to reference them in the future.
