Stuff in the Background

This might be a silky question, but can we get in trouble for having copyrighted things in the background of our videos? For example, I have an old-school Star Scream action figure. Can that be in the background of my videos, or will Hasbro raise Hell and demand part of my revenue? I'm sure I've seen plenty of videos with stuff like that in the background, and I find it hard to believe all those creators payed out as a result, but I need to be sure. I don't want to be wrong about this.

I figured it probably was okay, but again, I didn't want to have Hasbro beating down my door just because I had an action firgure of theirs on my desk, or something.

It's worth a try to find out if Hasbro might pay you to have their action figure in the video.
