Stuck Under Review, Again!?!?!?!?

I uploaded a video this morning and it's stuck under review again. Uploaded three vids last night on my other channel and they are still stuck under review some 12 hours later. I noticed a big youtube channel that I subscribe to (gets 100K views in 1 day per new upload) uploaded a video this morning and he don't have ads either at the time of this posting. Uploaded a dummy video and tried to un-monetize then re monetize and it did not get monetized either.....

Thought they fixed this stuck under review bug "The SUR Bug".

Anyone else having this issue or is it just my dumb luck?
 
oh I hope not. I have not uploaded a new video yet this week so I can't help, but I know someone had made a big posting earlier this week saying that it was fixed. I hope it gets fixed.

Sorry for the inconvenience this is one of the reasons i didn't want to be a regular youtube partner. I made a video a while back on this issue it may help you out you will never know until you try my steps:)
 
My monetization pre-bug took about 30 seconds. Now it's taking around 30-45 minutes before it becomes monetized. I have a feeling my gaming videos aren't going to have such luck.
