Stuck on 192 subs, would love help

I would really love some feedback on my channel and content as I'm stuck on 192 subs and have been for a few weeks now.

I don't do sub4subs despite being asked by several other channels, just wondered if there is anything I'm clearly missing.

Hey! Just had a look at your channel and I'll say some good news, it looks like you hit 200 which is awesome!! Nice work!

Onto the channel itself, I watched a few of your videos but they aren't my personal cup of tea as I'm not a fan of the games you are playing or of football in general so this channel is not for me but regardless here are some things that I noticed.

First off your thumbnails could use some work. When I was scrolling through your videos most of the thumbnails look the same and it is really hard to distinguish videos from each other. That might be due to the long running series and that you play a lot of football games but most things on your channel look green. The ones in a series are constant which is good but when two different series look too similar, not so good.

The content isn't bad though it can get a little slow at times. I would suggest editing the videos down a little more and cutting out some of the thinknng time or slower points of the game. It will keep up the pace of the videos and make it a little more exciting. Also turning up the in game sounds would help with the parts when you aren't talking as there is something to listen to. It's a fine balance for game to voice but play around with it a bit and you'll get the hang of it!

Interesting niche and it looks like you're well set up to capitalize on it. I don't think 200 subs is bad for the age of your channel (I'm in a similar boat) and I expect it will pick up soon.

I like the character and branding on your thumbnails but I agree they could benefit from some variety in colour/layout, if not a few alternate character poses/expressions. You might be able to 'cheat' and put particular soccer players in the thumbnails, too, to spice it up a bit (?).

Your tags look good but the same phrases don't appear in your title or description, so they're not ranking anyways. If you can find a way to make the titles and descriptions more search/related-friendly, you might stumble across some break-out videos.
