My suggestion would be to do a little bit of research and idea thinking. What I do if I can not think of a game to review I put all the names of my games in random name selector and pick that way. Of course it`s different for a different type of YT channel, so I would say just do some research and make notes on possible ideas you could do for your channel.

I usually have ideas for videos strike me at the most random times. My advice on that is just be open; I created a magic trick once because I felt like I had something stuck in my ear. I was using a q-tip to try and get it out. On TV at the time was a guy doing pen in nose/mouth/ear; I said what if I did a trick where I have something stuck in my ear and I pull out a q-tip. If that makes sense, I let an idea come to me while doing other stuff, and was open to it; I didn't let it go in one ear and out the other.
So maybe most of your ideas strike at random times but, you've hit a block and haven't had one come in a while. You need a way to consistently come up with videos. Set some time to brainstorm, I use the notes app of my ipod but it may be better to do in a notebook. Take 5-10 minutes write down whatever comes to mind; there are no wrong answers at this point. Just write and get as much as possible down don't worry if it's a good idea or not. Once you have ideas down, go back over each item individually and analyze it for potential would you be able to use it in any way for a video if yes leave it, if not cross it out/delete it. Whatever you have left whether it's 1 thing or 7 are ideas you can use in making a video pick one and write around/build upon that idea.

I recently searched YouTube for "magic trick" and filtered by view count. One thing I saw was a Google magic trick from 2009. I decided I could remake it with the new Google layout, using new tricks I'd create and actually be on Google while performing it. So far that video has over 1k views, taking something that worked before and making it my own. It's also led to me possibly using more sites mixed with magic in the future.
I've came up with a few ideas using each of these methods, hopefully something works for getting you an idea. I'd say there's no 1 way to consistently come up with a million videos, there may be a million ways to come up with a couple of videos.

Hi i just had a look at your channel and my freind you have bearly even scatched the surface of what you can do on your channel hope didint take offecnce to that what i mean is there alot of videos you could make a s**t ton of Tag videos exsist,a ten reasons why video, a comedey sketch based on your own experiances, A satirical rant video try looking at other vlogers and comedians for inspiration then start brainstorming video ideas but there are a few templates you can often stick to.
