I disputed a claim and I should win but differently....

Are strikes to the account or the channel?

I mean.. If I have 2 channels... the other one will parent the strike? :/

Strikes are against the person. So three strikes on three different channels of three different accounts may accumulate to a termination of all three channels if YouTube finds out they belong to the same person.
