Stopping Click Bombing

Hi guys,
As some of you may know i've just started my YouTube Channel (please feel free to check it out and subscribe if you like).
I've been reading alot about click bombing and how if it happens, your channel will be closed, my question is is there anything you can do to prevent click bombing that YouTube approve ( software App etc), as i don't want to break any rules. I also don't want to get anyone else into trouble on YT Talk so i'm not asking for specific names, brands or links, i just wanted to know if there are ways to protect your channel.
Thanks for any replys in advance.:)

The way that you can prevent click bombing is to turn off your ads until you become a partner. Unless you enjoy earning change. But honestly I do not think there is a way to prevent it from happening.

I don't have any product in mind, sorry i should have made that clear, i just wanted to know if their are ways to protect your channel from being click bombed

If you keep an eye on your stats and then notice unusually high activity (suggesting click bombs), you can report 'unusual activity on my adsense account' yourself to Google I believe. They will then look at it and deduct the 'earnt' money from your account if they deem it to be fraudulent. This should prevent you being shut down.

Regularly checking your Adsense for spikes and reporting massive spikes in clicks when it doesnt really add up although I have heard of people reporting strange activity they werent responsible for and having their accounts banned for it.

I would turn off embedding for all of the videos that have Ads on, that way they cant be embedded by anyone and put on an Adsense violating website and makes it harder apparently for them to abuse your videos. As Josten said though, the best way to avoid it all is by turning ads off until you reach such a status on YouTube that there is less chance a click bombing would raise flags but it can certainly still happen.

To be honest I dont think there is anything you can do to prevent it, if someone doesnt like you these days they have your Adsense in their hands to play with which is absolutely awful in my opinion.

If there are better ways I havent come across them as of yet.

Thanks guys, So just a watchful eye on the account and contacting adsense, would you take down the clip whilst it is being investigated i would think this the thing to do to protect your channel, right?

I would myself and also turn off ads for it first too, make sure it is as private and not deleted of course :)

I don't agree with the posts here.
Disallowing embedding is a TREMENDOUS mistake, i'm talking life or death mistake for your YouTube career, I don't know why Michael suggested that, please don't do it for your own sake.

You see, apart from making awesome content, the best way to grow your channel is to be featured on other websites/blog. Practical example : My most viewed video (12k views) is a Visual Effects parody of Minecraft, it has been posted on the biggest Minecraft blog in France and got me around 6k views. By disallowing embedding you make it harder for webmasters to get your content out there and thus restraining yourself from free trafic. DO NOT DO THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

As far as clickjacking goes, it's highly overated. Doesn't happens as much. The best thing you can do is work with Google, they are your friends if you know how to behave in a professional manner. If you see any issues report it to them by CALLING them, if you get someone on the phone that you like, ask for their name and direct phone line to contact them at any time. (Karl from Google France, you are awesome buddy).

In summary be professional and don't cut yourself off from any traffic sources because of trolls and troublemakers, deal with the situation in a professional fashion, running a YouTube channel is like running a company.
