Stolen Videos - Do Youtube or Facebook take actions?

If you find your videos reuploaded without your permission on Youtube or Facebook, will they take actions and remove them if you prove it's your content?

Stuff like that (note how the stealers even blurred the original logo):

Youtube will normally take down copies on Youtube, I don't think they have control over Facebook videos.

Facebook will i presume, as it would be copyright they are good if you are in detail with your report. Youtube should too as they dont allow you to post 2 videos of the same, so it should be like that if diff channels upload the same video?

Facebook stealing YouTube videos is a pretty big problem, I can't remember who but I think it was Veritasium who made a video about it.
In either case, if you own the video, DMCA it.

This happened to multiple videos of mine. My video was uploaded about 5 years before these copies, somehow all of these videos with the same exact title and description did not get flagged.

Facebook will take them down if you file a report, but won't do it automatically. How they continue to get away while making millions on other peoples content and no content id is beyond me.

File a report and its taken seriously. They won't automatically take down stuff since they don't know if you gave permission or not.
