Still cant custom thumbnail

My youtube has been a month old now, i still didnt see the custom thumbnail button and the browse button when i upload my videos. All i see is the 4 thumbnails.

Are you a Youtube partner? and go to your settings and see if custom thumbnails are enabled on your account

The threshhold seems to be a bit inconsistent. I had a few channels I monetized all at the same time. One got thumbnails right away, one got thumbnails after about a week, and one took another month.

Best advice - make sure you're monetized, and keep making stuff (and stockpile your thumbnails to upload later). Then just keep your fingers crossed

monitize you're videos, that's all i did and i got the customs.
